The Skadi Master Class

This 8-week online program is designed to improve the way you approach training and racing. Rather than relying on trial and error, the Master Class provides evidence-based strategies to help you strengthen your mental game, improve your focus, and build confidence.

Together, we’ll tackle common mental barriers like fear of failure, self-criticism, and burnout while also building your capacity for mindfulness, leadership, and resilience.

    Discover the link between self-talk, performance, and motivation—and how to strike the right balance.

  • Module 4: Mindfulness in Sport

    Master techniques for calming pre-race jitters, improving focus, and entering a flow state during training and competition.

  • Module 5: Confidence and Mental Blocks

    Strengthen your confidence, confront fears, and break through mental barriers.

  • Module 6: Burnout Prevention and Motivation

    Understand the factors that lead to burnout, assess your own risk, and develop strategies to sustain motivation.

  • Module 7: Health Psychology Essentials

    Optimize your health with strategies for injury prevention, proper nutrition, recovery, and recognizing signs of RED-S or LEA.

  • Module 8: Leadership and Communication

    Build stronger relationships and learn how to have productive conversations—skills that matter both on and off the field.

  • Wrap Up

    At the end of the program, you’ll complete a sport psychology assessment to identify your progress, highlight your strengths, and pinpoint growth areas for the future.
